Regular push-ups 10
Wide push-ups 10
Sit-ups 10
Close push-ups 10
"kill the cockroach" 10
Lunges 10/leg
Repeat 10 times
Break for 3 minutes when halfway done.
BEEN DOING IT FOR WEEKS.
