Have you ever seen a girl so beautiful that you just had to get her name? Whether it be through someone else or maybe even peeping at her paper when she’s not looking? What causes this effect? Why can’t we just “man” up and approach her like anyone else? “Hey my name is (insert name) & I just wanted to say you’re a very pretty lady”.
No it’s not insecurity; it’s the fear of rejection. For example: I see a very pretty hipster girl. 5’5, long brown hair and in top of that hair a red beanie, a white shirt that’s topped off with a gray cardigan, black leggings & those Jesus slippers. First thing that would come in mind…"Ahh she has to have a boyfriend."
Maybe it’s just me. Maybe I just don’t have the confidence to tell someone, “Hey I think you’re very pretty.” Maybe I am insecure? Maybe just…just maybe, a bit scared to fall for someone.
Note to self, relax…she’s just a girl.
